We just brought canning in-house on a 12-head rotary line, and we're hiring the person who will own it.
What you'll do
- Set up, run, and tear down the canning line: depalletizing, rinse, fill, seam, label, date code
- Run quality checks every shift — can seams, fill levels, dissolved oxygen
- Handle changeovers between beers; CIP the line after runs
- Operate the label applicator and palletize finished goods
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance; flag issues before they become downtime
What we're looking for
- Mechanically inclined — you like machines, hand tools, and figuring out why something jammed
- Packaging, bottling, or manufacturing line experience is a plus — not required. We'll train.
- Detail-driven: fill weights, seam specs, and date codes have to be right every time
- Able to lift 55 lbs, stand for full shifts, and keep pace on repetitive tasks
Pay & perks
- $19–24/hour depending on experience (≈ $40–50K/year), full-time
- Paid time off
- Run a newly commissioned line at one of PA's top-rated breweries — your work goes straight to shelves
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Paid time off
- Relocation assistance
