WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Generate and nurture leads
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process
- Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and consultations
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to closing
- Build and maintain a database of clients and referral partners
- Participate in coaching, training, and accountability programs
- Utilize company systems and resources to grow your business

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Georgia Real Estate License (or actively completing pre-licensing education)

COMPENSATION
- Commission-based position
- Expected annual earnings range: $50,000–$150,000+
- Income is based on production and individual performance
