Project Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Full-Time {No Remote}
Responsibilities:
· Ensures that all contractual terms and obligations of such projects are maintained.
· Ability to constructively participate in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
· Must be able to ensure fair treatment from controlling parties if ISF may be at fault.
· Ability to communicate with clients, to discuss job needs and to increase customer satisfaction.
· Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, bulletins, and addendums.
· Meets with contractors, erectors, suppliers, and vendors to identify potential barriers with resolutions that maximize production and minimize costs.
· Will perform cost estimates for all change orders, approval changes, and drawing revisions.
· Responsible for purchasing buyout items such as joists, deck, grating, and any other items not picked up by purchasing to complete the full scope of work.
· Create and manage project RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and correspondence.
· Monitor ongoing jobs for costs, profitability, schedule adherence & start to finish within budget.
· Visit job sites as needed and required (consist of limited out-of-state travel).
· Must be dependable and present a professional image.
· Ability to carry out assignments independently.
· Knowledge of building codes and standards for structural and miscellaneous steel.
· Develop and maintain customer relationships that lead to additional projects.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Excel/Word/Outlook, Bluebeam and Tekla PowerFab.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or Engineering, preferred.
· Proven experience & strong knowledge in project management.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
· Preferred knowledge in Tekla PowerFab
· Experience supervising cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.
· Familiarity with contract management processes and procedures
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee structural and miscellaneous projects from start to finish. Reporting directly to company leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing and communicating the day-to-day operations of all assigned projects. This includes monitoring suppliers, detailing, quality, logistics, customer service, and scheduling for their projects. Employees must maintain good communication skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and computer knowledge.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
