Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee commercial and residential remodeling projects from start to finish
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Perform and supervise carpentry work as needed
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
Maintain job site safety and organization
Order and manage materials
Requirements:
Experience in commercial and residential remodeling
Strong carpentry skills
Proven leadership and project management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
