Job Summary:
Sales Associates sell New and Used vehicles, while maintaining acceptable standards of guest satisfaction, sales volume, and gross profit. Sales Associates are responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and performance standards.
- Greet every guest promptly and professionally, or connect them with someone who can assist.
- Engage guests to understand their wants and needs, helping them select the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, performance, and available options clearly and confidently.
- Offer a test drive to every guest and follow all dealership procedures, including proper identification and documentation.
- Accurately complete all sales transactions and required paperwork in accordance with dealership guidelines.
- Deliver each vehicle with a high-quality delivery process that reinforces the guest’s purchase decision and satisfaction.
- Follow up on all post-delivery matters including tag/title work, “we-owes,” and special requests to ensure guest expectations are met.
- Build repeat and referral business by maintaining consistent follow-up and strong guest relationships.
- Stay current on manufacturer products, programs, and required training.
- Attend all scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with management to set realistic performance goals and develop action plans to achieve monthly income targets.
- Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
