Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled handrail fabricator/Installer to join our team. Will be responsible for the installation of various styles of Handrail, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Requires a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs, problem solve in the field, coordinate with the office and the field. Interact with builders and meet deadlines working efficiently .
Responsibilities
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively that include core drills, light welding, concrete etc.
- Can learn on the job
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding installation procedures and timelines.
- Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
Experience
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with using electrical hand tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A commitment to safety protocols and best practices in all aspects of work.
- Welding experience is required!
