RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide personal care

Monitor and report changes in healthcare status to family and/or health care professionals

REQUIREMENTS:

HHA or CNA certification (Approved by Florida Department of Education)

Assisisting with Self Administered Medications

CPR certification
-
Initial HIV / Aids Traning
