Duties

- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, offering effective solutions, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities during transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for better client engagement.
Skills

- Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
