We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, specializing in preparing and maintaining exceptional Airbnb rental properties. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas within Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and impeccably maintained according to health and safety standards
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep floors pristine and safe for guests
- Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and kitchen supplies to enhance guest comfort
- Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently across all properties
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or damages promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care practices
- Ability to work efficiently independently while managing multiple properties in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment as needed
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to sanitation and workplace safety
- Reliable transportation or access to the work sites; flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if required
