Summary:
Seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform visual and hands‑on inspections of in‑process and finished products to ensure they meet quality and engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect products using drawings, specifications, and measurement tools
- Document and report nonconforming products (NCPs) accurately
- Verify quality documentation is complete and current
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Support and train QC personnel as assigned
- Maintain organized, safe work areas (6S)
- Communicate inspection results clearly to Leads/Supervisors
- Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues promptly
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing quality control
- Ability to read mechanical and wiring drawings
- Proficient with hand tools and measurement devices
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 or similar systems
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Travel up to 5% (domestic/international)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years QC manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, or control systems
