We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to support our customer relations team. In this role, you will help represent our latest products and services.
This is a customer-facing position within a retail environment where you will assist walk-in customers, present product options, and complete sales transactions. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
- Greet and assist customers inside the retail store
- Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present and explain new products and service options
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales floor
- Track daily sales activity and customer interactions using company systems
- Participate in team meetings, product training, and performance reviews
- Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and competitor offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Interest in growth into leadership or management roles
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Compensation & Growth
- Guaranteed pay weekly earnings (average $3,000–$6,000 per month)
- Paid weekly as a W-2 employee
