Easy Steps Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for an adult male with developmental and medical needs in a residential group home.
Available Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, and other ADLs.
- Prepare and assist with a blended/pureed diet.
- Monitor for seizures and follow seizure protocols.
- Assist with transfers and mobility.
- Complete documentation and medication.
- Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment.
- Light housekeeping related to member care.
Qualifications
- Caregiving or DSP experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
