Coastal Pediatric Therapies offers speech, physical, occupational, and behavioral therapy to children of Savannah and the surrounding area and we are looking for a Registered Behavior to join our growing team. Our team of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, BCBAs, and RBTs work collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that help children reach their full potential. We provide occupational, physical and speech therapy services in a “kid” friendly environment treating children from birth to 21 years old. Our goal is to provide treatment that meets the highest professional standards in an environment that enhances each child’s functional abilities.
Responsibilities
- Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
- Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients in-line with Today’s ABA principles
- Complete accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums
- Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth
- Provide summary of client’s therapy day at pick-up
- Achieve RBT certification within first 60 days of employment, and maintain ongoing
- Collaboration with other service providers (ST, OT, PT)

- Weekly supervision with CPT BCBAs
- Leaders present and available on the floor
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by licensed behavior analysts.
- Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
- Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence.
- Support families through training and guidance on behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages children's growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in pediatrics or ABA preferred, but not required
- Complete and pass initial background check and drug screening
- Achieve RBT certification within first 60 days of employment, and maintain ongoing
- Strong ability to work effectively with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Excellent communication skills for working with children and families.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation procedures.
- Compassionate attitude and patience when working with children.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
