Trademark Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support certified payroll and general payroll operations. In this role, you will work closely with payroll and project management teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for public works projects.
Responsibilities
· Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with prevailing wage laws for multiple companies.
· Manage and maintain OCIP paperwork for applicable projects.
· Review employee timecards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
· Maintain accurate payroll and compliance records, support audit requests.
· Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting as needed.
Requirements
· Familiarity with certified payroll and OCIP reporting
· 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal communication
· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
