Ward’s Dog Training is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and people-oriented Advanced Dog Trainer. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for a proven professional who can confidently lead private lessons, deliver real results, and represent our brand at a high level.
This role is ideal for a trainer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming both dogs and their owners.
Compensation:
$20 - $27 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Conduct private, in-home and mobile training sessions

Lead structured obedience and behavior programs

Coach owners on leadership, consistency, and relationship-building

Address leash pulling, recall, jumping, door manners, and reactivity

Build strong client relationships

Clearly explain training concepts

Set expectations and hold clients accountable
