We are seeking a skilled Sushi Roller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail to create delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes.
Duties
- Prepare sushi rolls and sashimi according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, particularly in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with sushi rolling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
