What You’ll Do
- Clean residential and commercial windows
- Use water-fed poles, squeegees, and other professional equipment
- Safely work from ladders when needed
- Occasionally assist with pressure washing and other exterior cleaning services
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the company professionally
- Keep equipment and company vehicles clean and organized
- Work as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Able to perform physical work outdoors in the Texas heat
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Must have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation to and from work
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Comfortable learning to use ladders, water-fed poles, and professional equipment
- Willing to learn and improve every day
- Valid driver’s license preferred
