We are seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Developer who can turn complex manufacturing and ERP data into clear, actionable insights that support daily decision-making across the business.

ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions across Milwaukee Electronics’ operational systems, including ERP, MES, shop floor equipment, and cloud-based platforms.
You will build and support Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions, while improving the accessibility, accuracy, and usability of data across the organization.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role working closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Build and manage datasets, transformations, and semantic models to support operational and financial reporting
- Develop and support Epicor BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports
- Maintain and enhance SQL-based reporting solutions (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
- Clean up, standardize, and rationalize existing reports and data sources
- Integrate and model data across a complex systems environment, including:
- Epicor ERP
- FactoryLogix (NPI and MES)
- Shop floor equipment and manufacturing systems
- Cloud-based CRM, quoting, and procurement platforms
- Support integration of machine-level data (SMT and production equipment) to improve manufacturing visibility
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs
- Document data models, report definitions, and key data flows
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data development roles
- Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development)
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, performance tuning, data transformation)
- Experience developing reports using SSRS
- Experience working with ERP data (Epicor or similar)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building Epicor BAQs and dashboards
- Experience with FactoryLogix or other MES systems
- Experience with SSIS and/or SSAS
- Experience integrating or working with shop floor / machine data
- Experience in an EMS or high-mix manufacturing environment
