RUN THE FIELD. BUILD THE TEAM.
Kingsley Water Damage & Fire Cleanup is hiring an experienced Mitigation Manager to run our field operations in West Columbia, SC. This is mitigation only. No reconstruction. Water, fire, and mold.
You own the field: the crews, the warehouse, the fleet, and the standard. You hire, you train, and when it comes to it, you let people go. Most of all, you develop technicians into Client Managers. That is the engine of this company, and it is the part of this job that matters most.
We are looking for a people person with a trainer's mentality who is genuinely skilled at water, fire, and mold. If you would rather coach a new tech through his first drying setup than sit in an office, we should talk.
