Now hiring Program Lead for ABA company who is currently enrolled in a masters program interested in child developmen, Early childhood Development, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social work, Behavioral Health Sciences, Special Education, LMF, or related field.
The Program Lead will work with clients and families in the homes, and out in the community by supervising and supporting direct therapists. They will collaborate with the clinical team consisting of the direct behavior therapists, and BCBA clinical supervisor. They will use tech software for data collection, note taking, and analyizing data of programs and treatment plans as well as writing reports. They will also be helping to support on-going trainings in the field, and participate in clinical meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Available to work select weekdays - primarily in the afternoons
- Be over the age of 18
- Have at least 1 year of experience in ABA or related field and interested to pursure a career in the field
- Possess a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation and have proof of automotive insurance
- Dependable, prompt and regular attendance required
- Complete and pass background check
- Be available to commute to different locations to provide services, including from one client's home to another
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as General Educational Development (GED)
- Frequently lift objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds from a lower to a higher position and/or frequently move objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds horizontally from position-to-position
- Move about to accomplish tasks or to go from one location to another
- Collect written and computer-driven data while understanding basic computer operations
- Successfully complete the minimum competency training and/or pass tests demonstrating knowledge included in the minimum competency training
- Negative TB test result
- Currently enrolled in a Masters program
- Part-Time prospects must be available between the hours of 2-8 pm, also a minimum of 4 days out of the week, Monday-Saturday
- Bilingual Spanish (Highly preferred)

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
