Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for yourself and others
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, or heavy-duty surfaces
- Assist with custodial duties in common areas like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated schedules
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
