- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods to generate leads
- Engage homeowners in conversation about their roofing needs
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Represent Cardinal Contractors with professionalism and energy

What We’re Looking For
- drivers license required / plus three years driving experience
- Strong people skills and confidence knocking doors

- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote initiatives and gather community feedback.
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with organizational goals.
- Organize fundraising activities to support community projects and initiatives.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of stakeholders.
- Experience in door-to-door canvassing, showcasing an ability to engage directly with the community.
- Sales expertise, with a track record of identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills that enable successful partnerships and collaborations.
- Experience in telemarketing or fundraising is a plus, contributing to overall outreach efforts. This role is essential for driving community engagement and ensuring the success of various initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational impact.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $158,108.97 per year
