This position is primarily a Monday through Friday job dayshift hours that follows the school schedule. Major holidays and school breaks off! Uniforms, meals and parking is provided.

The Sous Chef will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for meal periods and special/catered events. May assist with the supervision of kitchen personnel or serve as lead cook to guide and train production team. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
