About the Position
As a Center Associate, you will be the face of our business by providing exceptional customer service and helping customers with a variety of shipping, printing, mailbox, and business service needs. This is a fast-paced retail environment where accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to every customer.
- Processing domestic and international shipments.
- Packing items safely and securely for shipment.
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
- Assisting customers with printing, copying, faxing, scanning, laminating, binding, and other business services.
- Learning and recommending the products and services that best meet each customer's needs.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Scheduling & Availability
Our stores operate seven days a week. Team members must have flexible availability based on business needs.
Typical operating hours are:
Monday – Friday
- Opening Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
- Closing Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (typically rotated)
Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (typically rotated based on store needs)
Schedules vary weekly and are based on business demands. Associates should be available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-Time Center Associates start at $12.50 per hour.
After successfully becoming an active Notary Public for the company, associates become eligible for a wage increase.
Becoming a Notary Public is a required part of this position. To qualify for a notary commission in the State of Alabama, applicants must:
- Be registered to vote in the State of Alabama.
- Provide proof of Alabama residency.
- Successfully complete the company-sponsored notary application process.
The company pays all costs associated with obtaining your Notary Public commission.
After 90 days of employment, eligible full-time associates may also receive:
