Part-Time Sales Appointment Setter (Remote – U.S. Only)
COR Golf Fitness is an online golf fitness coaching company that helps golfers age 45+ improve their flexibility, speed, and performance so they can play with less pain and more power.
We are looking for a sales-minded Appointment Setter who enjoys building relationships, handling objections, nurturing leads, and converting conversations into scheduled appointments.
This is not a social media manager role.
This is not a content creation role.
This is a sales and lead conversion role focused on turning conversations into booked appointments for our coaching team.

What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound Facebook, Instagram, email, and other lead inquiries
- Start conversations with potential clients using proven messaging frameworks
- Ask questions to uncover goals, frustrations, challenges, and motivation
- Nurture prospects and handle common objections
- Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready to schedule
- Book qualified appointments onto the Head Coach's calendar
- Maintain accurate notes and records inside our CRM
- Track conversations and opportunities to ensure no lead falls through the cracks
- Provide a brief end-of-day update

Availability Requirements
This position requires availability throughout the day, Monday through Friday.
You must be available to begin monitoring conversations between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Eastern Time each weekday and continue checking messages periodically throughout the day.
Most conversations happen in real time, so responsiveness is critical.
This role is ideal for someone who is already working from home, working as a contractor, or otherwise spending much of the day at their computer.
No weekend hours are required.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, appointment setting, recruiting, customer service, or lead conversion experience
- Experience using GoHighLevel (preferred)
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and direct messaging platforms
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport naturally and keep conversations moving forward
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable learning and working inside CRM systems
- Familiarity with golf, golf terminology, and golf culture strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation
Expected earnings range from approximately $500 to $2,000+ per month depending on performance, lead volume, and appointments that convert into sales.
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
