Nail Technician
Rejuvenate Salon & Spas is accepting resumes for a Nail Technician for an upscale senior living community in Deerfield Beach for 2 to 3 days a week. The qualified candidate must have a strong background providing the following services: Manicures, Pedicures, Fingernail and Toenail Trims. Experience in acrylic and gel polish services is needed.
The qualified candidate must go through a criminal background check.
All applicants must have a passion for working with the senior population and an understanding of their needs and limitations. A caring, compassionate mindset and dependability are required for this position.
Rejuvenate Salon & Spa pays commission + charged tips on a WEEKLY basis.

Responsibilities
- Greet all residents, family members and employees of the community with a warm, friendly attitude
- Ensure customer needs are identified
- Provide full nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes and nail trims. Acrylic and gel experience is needed.
- Ensure residents with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
- Complete salon paperwork carefully and efficiently
- Collect payment for services (if applicable)
- Perform limited reception duties
- Maintain safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area to include sweeping hair
- Maintain and sanitize hair cutting tools and salon instruments
- Maintain confidentiality of information
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current nail technician license for the state in which you are working
- 2+ Years’ Experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Friendly and Professional Demeanor; Patience
- Able and Willing to work a Flexible Schedule
- Ability to walk
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch
