2nd shift position Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am
Basic Function
Leads and participates in completing Physical Security, Shrinkage control, Trailer Processing tasks to support the company goals of safe and secure as well as profitability.
Responsibilities
1. Leads and directs work activities including main console, truck gate and physical security tasks and audits
2. Scheduling and balancing workload of other associates
3. Training and coaching associates in basic procedures and techniques
4. Verifying data and work of others
5. Participates in accomplishing prescribed work activities of the assigned department
6. Conducts preliminary investigations, documents equipment accidents and injuries as directed
7. Completes all assigned tasks related to physical security, trailer processing, shrinkage control including theft
8. Provides input to associates performance review process, corrective action and staffing needs
9. Identifies problems and recommends solutions
10. Performs other related tasks as assigned
11. Responds to emergencies, may be required to clean up bodily fluids, perform CPR or use a fire extinguisher
Minimum Position Specification Guidelines:
Basic Knowledge:
§ Enhanced oral and/or written communication skills
§ Ability to understand and follow instructions
§ Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
§ Ability to stand and walk for more than four hours continuously
§ Ability to withstand hot and cold outside weather conditions
§ Must have basic computer literacy(email, OneNote, Word, Excel skills)
§ Conflict Management experience as well as ability to professionally handle stressful situations
§ Requires the ability to work independently, make decisions and edit work of others
§ Ability to multi-task without losing speed or accuracy
§ Ability to resolve identified discrepancies
§ Reading comprehension
§ Focuses on innovative process improvement
§ Comprehensive knowledge of procedures and systems
§ Setting direction and modeling behavior
§ Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
§ Must remain receptive to flexible work schedules.
§ Must have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with no more than 2 violation points
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies
Organization, Cooperative, Team oriented, Conscientious, Detailed Oriented, Written Communication, Managing Time, Interpersonal Skills and Leading People
§ 1–3-year minimum Asset Protection/Security experience is preferred

Pay: $20.75 - $32.00 per hour
