What You’ll Do
- Support daily routines and structure
- Help with life skills like: cooking, health, budgeting, and community access
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and redirection
- Document progress and communicate with the team
- Support clients in becoming more independent over time

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass an extensive state and federal background check
- Willingness to complete required training
Pay & Benefits
- $21.50–$24.00/hour based on experience, reliability, and performance
- Paid training
- Flexible scheduling
