Responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including Montessori and other early childhood education frameworks.
- Foster a positive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that support social-emotional growth.
- Deliver engaging instruction in literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Support children’s development through specialized activities in early intervention and special education techniques when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress using standardized testing methods and ongoing assessments to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, developmental milestones, and areas for growth through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, child welfare standards, and safety protocols to create a secure learning environment.
Requirements
