JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish strong relationships with clients and internal team members.

Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services into ERP system.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Strong computer background with working knowledge of windows, excel, word, outlook and emails.

Possess strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mentality.
