Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features through live demos and product applications to educate clients and boost sales.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current tanning trends, product lines, and promotional offers to effectively inform customers.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Fresha, Tanlink or other software.
- Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and loyalty initiatives.
- Upsell products by identifying client needs and suggesting complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Organize merchandise displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, client services, or wellness/tanning sales with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Fresha, Tanlink or similar salon software platforms.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of tanning and wellness principles, social media, and skincare products.
- Ability to analyze sales data to meet or exceed sales targets effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and stock management.
- Capable of handling cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer service standards.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
