Nova Hearing Centers Inc. is expanding throughout Virginia and seeking motivated, licensed Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists who are confident with patients, driven by performance, and looking for a flexible high-income opportunity.
This is not a traditional clinic position.
We are looking for providers who enjoy working with seniors, building relationships in the community, conducting hearing evaluations, recommending treatment solutions, and closing hearing aid sales — while our team handles the operational workload, logistics, scheduling support, and long-term patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and host hearing care events at retirement communities, assisted living facilities, and senior centers
- Contact community event coordinators to schedule outreach opportunities
- Conduct hearing evaluations and consultations
- Recommend and fit hearing aid solutions
- Present financing and treatment options
- Complete purchase agreements and required documentation
- Build trust with patients and provide an excellent patient experience
Nova Hearing Centers provides:

- Event support staff present during appointments
A Nova team member will assist with coordination, paperwork, scheduling, and patient logistics during events so providers can remain focused on patient care and sales.
Compensation
- 25% commission on completed sales
- Commissions paid following completion of the patient trial period
- Estimated earnings: $40,000 – $128,000+ annually
- Uncapped income potential
- Flexible per diem structure

Qualifications
- Active Virginia Hearing Instrument Specialist license or Audiology license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation
- Community outreach or hearing aid sales experience preferred
