As a Host, Server, and Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service from the moment guests walk through the door until they leave. This position requires someone who is friendly, organized, attentive, and able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals, coffee, cocktails, and other beverages promptly.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and ingredients.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure tables, bar area, and dining room remain clean and organized.
- Restock supplies throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide excellent service.
- Help with opening and closing side work as assigned.
Pay: $4.25 - $15.00 per hour
