Multi-Purpose Office Clerk/Medical Assistant ( Beauregard Women's Health Center)

- One year experience in office setting or hospital setting
- Experience with billing and insurance preferred
- Medical Assistant training/certification preferred
- Current BCLS certification.
- High School Graduate or equivalent
Job Summary: Performs MA duties, answers telephones, directs call as necessary. Greets and registers patients as needed. Verifies patient demographic and insurance information. Performs clerical/clinical duties. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, office/clinic staff and the medical staff. Participates in performance improvement activities.
