We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executive leadership. This position is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience supporting executives or senior management.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
