Surf’s Up Candle is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy team member to join our growing business!
We are looking for someone who can keep up in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts. No two days are exactly the same, so you need to be organized, adaptable, energetic, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Answering customer emails and providing excellent customer service
- Managing and creating content for social media
- Taking photos and videos of products and behind-the-scenes content
- Working with our online store and helping manage orders
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and whatever needs to get done
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Learning new systems and taking initiative without needing constant direction
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer skills — you must be comfortable working on a computer
- Knowledge of social media platforms and what makes good content
- Comfortable taking photos and videos with a phone/camera
- Excellent written communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Someone who can move quickly and stay calm when things get busy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
HUGE Plus
Experience with any of the following is a major bonus:
- Shopify
- Adobe
- Photoshop
- Graphic design
- Social media content creation
- Photography/video
Full-time or part-time available.
