We are Currently Hiring:
- Small Group Fitness Coach/Small Group Personal Trainer for Boot Camp classes (all ages) and Fit Body Forever classes (adults 60+)
- Part-Time (20 hours/week)
- Starting Compensation: $18/hour+ (pending certification levels)

Coach Responsibilities Include, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop Deep Client Relationships
- Coaching 30-Minute Small Group HIIT Sessions
- Coaching 1-Hour Fit Body Forever (ages 60+) Sessions
- Design and Develop Workouts and Programming
- Demonstrating Exercises/Movements
- Correcting Form and Modifying Movements
- Motivating Clients to Challenge Themselves
- Client Engagement and Follow Up
- Providing and Receiving Feedback
- Basic Administrative Tasks (phone calls, emails, social media, ect.)
- Basic Janitorial Duties (vacuum, sanitize, trash out, ect.)

Coaching Schedule:
We are currently looking for a coach that can work 15-20 (part-time) hours per week. Due to the nature of client schedules, we offer early morning and later afternoon sessions. Coaches are required to work split shifts (mornings and evenings) during scheduled shifts Monday - Fridays. During the weekends, we only offer one morning session on Saturdays.
Morning Coaching Shift - 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Afternoon Coaching Shift - 4:00 PM - 6:45 PM
Weekend Coaching Shift - 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Preferred Credentials:
Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness programs (such as: ACE, NASM, ACSM, etc.) it is not a requirement for the position.
Group Fitness Training: 1+ Year Preferred
Teaching/Coaching: 1+ Year Preferred
Social Media Savvy - Preferred
Fit Body Boot Camp provides its own certification program to be assigned and completed within 30 days of being hired. We can teach the training/exercise science behind Fit Body Boot Camp but we cannot teach Positive/Upbeat Energy and Enthusiasm, a Desire to Help Others, or a Passion for Fitness.
Please Note: A large part of this role includes coaching our Fit Body Forever program for active older adults. The ideal candidate is patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoys building relationships while helping older adults move safely and feel their best.
