Must be authorized to work in the United States. I-9 documentation required.
Job Duties Include:
· Inspecting parts from outside suppliers and/or internal manufacturing department and documenting findings in inspection reports.
· Managing internal processes including non-conforming material dispositions (NCMR), root cause analysis, cause and corrective action (CAR), and deviation requests (TDR), and returned material (RMA).
· Work closely with Vonberg manufacturing, engineering, and customer service to provide competent support and issue resolution.
· Receiving inspected parts into inventory, as needed. May include verifying quantities and reconciling actual inventory with the ERP inventory numbers.
· Perform, track, and manage gage inventory, including gage calibration.
· Ability to become proficient with company ERP and other computer systems.
· Ability to read and follow English drawings, work orders, and instructions.
· Ability to learn / operate tools needed for production (calipers/gages/scales/optical measurement equipment)
· Ability to communicate effectively in English.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand/sit 8+ hours / day
Entry Level Okay
Single Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime available, as needed)
Hourly wage dependent on ability and experience
