JOB SUMMARY
The Floor Technician will Repair/restore the floors by cleaning carpets, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and re-waxing tile flooring. Perform other housekeeping, laundry, and custodial duties at assigned facilities. Assigned areas are to be left clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly in accordance with current EVS established policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful criminal background check
- Must possess, at a minimum High School diploma or GED.
- Must possess a minimum of 1 years’ experience in commercial floor care, preferably in a healthcare setting or another setting where large amounts of VCT are present.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
