- Fiberglass & Surface Work: Prep and finish fiberglass surfaces through sanding, grinding, and surface treatment to meet quality specifications. Ensure consistent finish quality across all composite components.
- Rigging & Structural Work: Participate in rigging, pipe threading, ductwork installation, and fabrication to complete structural systems on each vessel.
- Blueprint & Technical Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to carry out assembly tasks to correct dimensions and specifications.
- Precision & Quality Control: Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to inspect parts and verify dimensional accuracy throughout the production process.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, machining tools, press brakes, and other production equipment as required to support manufacturing workflows.
- Shop Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop floor environment throughout each shift in compliance with USCG and workplace safety requirements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, which may include off-site travel for warranty service jobs, boat show logistics support, or field-based work as business needs dictate.

- Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Comfortable performing basic math calculations for measurements, cut lists, and assembly fit-up.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) for quality inspection is a plus.
