Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment? Gallatin Ford is looking for a Mobile Service Coordinator to support our growing Mobile Service Program. This role is similar to a Service Advisor, but with an exciting twist—bringing the dealership experience directly to our customers.
As the key contact for Mobile Service, you’ll coordinate appointments, communicate with customers, and work closely with our Mobile Technicians to ensure a seamless service experience.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mobile Service customers
- Manage mobile service appointments
- Communicate service recommendations and pricing
- Support Mobile Technicians with accurate job details and customer information
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and performance tracking

- Automotive service and customer service background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
