Coucou is a lively French-inspired neighborhood restaurant known for warm hospitality, a vibrant dining room, classic cocktails, and French bistro favorites like steak frites and oysters. We are open 7 days a week for dinner service only (from 5pm).
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
- Enter orders and manage tables using the Toast POS system
- Training Pay: There is a 2 week training period during which time you will receive training pay (minimum wage) before being bumped up to your higher hourly rate.
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant serving experience required (1-3 years serving)
- Strong hospitality mindset and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm during busy service
- Weekend and evening availability (Friday and Saturday night is a must)
