Mullings Academy of Hollywood is hiring a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift

Job Responsibilities
The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for:
- Supervising children in a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
- Planning and leading age-appropriate learning activities
- Supporting children with daily routines, including meals, bathroom breaks, rest time, and transitions
- Helping children develop social, emotional, communication, and early learning skills
- Maintaining classroom organization and cleanliness
- Communicating professionally with parents, coworkers, and administration
- Following licensing rules, school policies, and safety procedures
- Keeping accurate classroom records as needed
- Working as part of a team to support the overall success of the school
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A love for working with young children
- Patience, dependability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Ability to pass required background screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
The following are preferred but not required:
- Experience working in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or early childhood setting
- DCF 45 hours
- CDA, FCCPC, or Staff Credential
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Classroom management experience
