Champion Detailing is a mobile auto detailing company serving the OKC metro. We bring the shop to the clients driveways, offices, and parking lots. Our standard is simple: Champion Standard, Champion Results.
We hire people who take pride in a craft. You don't need years of detailing experience. You need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the drive to be the best tech on the road. We'll train the rest.
Every new technician runs a 10-day certification program with a lead trainer before working solo. After certification, you'll operate one of our trucks independently, running a full route of interior details, exterior details, full details, and ceramic coatings. You'll use our apps to clock in, pull your service order, follow the job checklist, document your work with photos, and communicate directly with clients.
What you'll do
- Complete interior and exterior detail services to Champion standard
- Drive and maintain a company detail truck and equipment
- Photograph every job before and after
- Communicate professionally with clients on site and by phone/text
- Look for upgrade opportunities and earn 5-star reviews
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong work ethic, speed, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, push/pull, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate power and hand tools (polishers, extractors, pressure washers)
- Personable, friendly, customer-first demeanor
- Detailing experience preferred but not required — paid training provided
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
