We're searching for a Hotel Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Petit Cowboy, nestled at the start of the Comal in New Braunfels — a fresh take on a property with years of history and returning guests. Newly updated guest cabins and La Piscine Poolhouse with a bar and cafe.
What You'll Own
- Housekeeping and Guest Services - keeping standards high and guests happy
- Food & Beverage / Events - supporting your team with production, ordering, and menu collaboration
- Scheduling and staffing across departments — the right people, in the right place, at the right time
- Guest Relations — handled with grace, resolved with care
- Overall property experience — maintaining high standards property wide
Who You'll Work With
You'll work closely alongside our GM and Maintenance Manager. We're collaborative here — decisions get made together, problems get solved together, and our guests are always the first priority.
What We're Looking For
Someone with hotel management experience who leads by example, communicates well, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. Weekends and flexible availability are a must — we're open 365 days a year and evenings and holidays come with the territory.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
