We are seeking a flexible, organized Office Administrator to serve as the central point for office operations and employee support. This role leads the transition of payroll to ADP, coordinates employee performance reviews and meetings, manages benefits and 401(k) programs, and provides general administrative leadership. As we hire dedicated support for accounts receivable and payables, this position will focus on keeping the office running smoothly while remaining adaptable across HR and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ADP payroll transition project and serve as the ongoing internal ADP administrator (data submission, troubleshooting, employee pay questions, and reporting)
- Act as the primary contact for employees on day-to-day questions, policies, time-off, and workplace matters
- Coordinate and support employee performance reviews and one-on-one meetings (scheduling, materials, documentation, and follow-up)
- Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance) and manage 401(k) enrollments, contributions, and compliance
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, vendors, facilities, and general administrative support
- Maintain accurate employee records and confidential personnel files
- Provide backup support and cross-training on accounts receivable and payables processes during the transition to dedicated finance support
- Support onboarding/offboarding and help maintain a positive, efficient workplace
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a hybrid administrative role
- Experience coordinating payroll or working with an outsourced provider (ADP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable being the go-to person for employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); quick to learn new systems
- Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information
- Flexible team player willing to support across HR, operations, and light finance tasks

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
