Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
- Perform hair threading and nail care services as required.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, including tools and equipment.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.
Skills
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
- Experience in retail sales with an ability to upsell products effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of hair threading techniques and nail care practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with makeup application techniques is a plus.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay: $16.70 - $18.00 per hour
