UHM Properties is seeking a reliable full-time, experienced Occupancy Specialist to join our team. Primary responsibilities include the completion of Annual and Interim Recertifications as well as application intake and processing and resident relations for various properties within our portfolio.
Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management, a valid COS designation, tax credit and HUD experience, computer literacy and OneSite experience, and practical communication skills. UHM Properties offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
