The Shift Manager at Martha’s Bikes is a motivated self-starter with the ability to delegate any business-related tasks and projects to associates. He or she will effectively drive the business by showcasing a lead-by-example, “can do” attitude. This individual has experience in management and is knowledgeable of our bike fleet, services, and in-store merchandise. The Shift Manager is great communicator, efficient leader and problem-solver who will handle any customer service hiccups. Knowledge of Martha’s Vineyard and surrounding areas is a plus. Multilingual is a plus. Experience in the bike sales, rental, service industry is a plus. Ability to operate POS system and basic computer software as needed.
