Dispatch/Warehouse
Job Type: Full Time 1st & 2nd shift. Flex schedule
Location: Wilmington, DE, USA
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, energetic Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize state-of-the-art technology to manage workflow and drivers on your shift, documenting online all discrepancies to scheduled services
· Manage expectations regarding customer & vendor materials & paperwork
· Utilize MS Tools as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) according to safety standards.
- Safely load, unload, and organize inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous logistics, warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to comfortably lift to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
